Went down a rabbit hole on Bluebeam markup speeds and found something weird

Tbh I was looking up how fast different drafters do redlines and found a stat that said the average drafter spends 2.5 hours a week just reformatting markups. That blew my mind because I figured the actual review time was the bottleneck, not the cleanup. I found it on some engineering blog from 2019 but it still feels relevant. Has anyone else tracked how long you waste cleaning up messy markups vs actually fixing the drawing?

Man, that stat is depressing. I feel your pain on this one.
