Figured out I was using my circular saw backwards all this time

After 6 months of burning through blades on my Kobalt saw, a carpenter friend laughed and pointed out I had the blade on backwards, which I only realized when he showed me the arrow on the guard.

Hold up. Wait. You had the blade on backwards for 6 months? How did it even cut anything? I wouldve thought the saw would just kick back or smoke immediately. Thats wild it even worked at all.

Take it easy @anthony883, some of those cheap saws are so gutless they barely spin fast enough to kick back even with the blade on wrong... I've seen dumber things work for way longer than they should.
