Wi-Fi crapped out during my biggest presentation yet

I was in a cheap Airbnb in Hanoi, all set to demo a project to a new client. The internet dropped right as I started sharing my screen, and it stayed down for twenty minutes. I had to scramble to my phone's data, but the signal was weak in the room. The whole thing was a mess and I'm pretty sure I lost the contract.

A cheap Airbnb in Hanoi? No wonder the wifi died, that place was probably running on a potato battery.

Seriously though, you sure the contract was lost just over wifi? Those things usually get decided way before the demo.

Lol fair point from @joelblack. My wifi is just my go-to excuse for everything. Probably got binned over my terrible powerpoint skills.
