How do you handle the visa situation with that kind of schedule? I read that some countries are getting stricter about back-to-back tourist visas... seems like a real headache to manage.

Got a visa agent in Bangkok who knows the local rules. They helped me set up a mix of tourist and education visas for a year. Key was showing strong ties back home, like a property deed. Still had to do a border run every few months though.
