Spent $300 on Google ads for my bakery last week and got exactly 2 clicks
Targeted local keywords, perfect location settings, even used their recommended bid strategy. What the hell am I doing wrong with Google Ads?

I heard someone say Google Ads basically just runs on their own assumptions unless you beat them over the head with negative keywords. $300 for 2 clicks sounds like maybe your ads showed up for unrelated searches that people ignored. Check your search terms report and block anything that isn't someone specifically looking for a bakery.

Negative keywords only help if you actually look at the search terms report.
