My client's ad account got locked last week because of a simple mistake

Three years ago, I started running Facebook ads for a local bakery in Portland. Everything was fine until last month when they changed their business name slightly. I updated the page name but forgot to match it in the ad account settings. Last week, the entire account got flagged and locked for 'suspicious activity'. It took 5 days of back and forth with support to get it restored, and we missed a big weekend promotion. Has anyone else had their ad account locked over a tiny detail mismatch?

Their automated systems are way too aggressive sometimes.

That's the worst part about their automated systems. They'll lock an entire account over a single typo or outdated field, but let actual scam ads run for weeks. I had a similar lockout because an old business address was still on file from two years prior. The support process is a black box, and you just have to hope you get a human who understands. It feels like they punish the small, legitimate businesses the hardest.
