Man, I saw this study recently that said keeping old newsletters is basically hoarding digital clutter and it stresses your brain out more than you'd think. @evan_morgan81 hit the nail on the head though, most of that stuff is just noise you never touch again.

Yikes, 14,000 is a lot. I actually read something the other day about how keeping old newsletters can mess with your email storage and make it slower to search through. But honestly, I think the bigger issue is how easy it is to just let them pile up without thinking. I used to keep everything because I thought I might need it later, but then I realized most of it was junk I never looked at again. Maybe it's better to just delete stuff regularly instead of letting it get out of hand like that.
