That 2014 video driver backup I kept for 'just in case' finally paid off last night
I was trying to get an old flight sim working on my retro build and it kept crashing on the default Windows driver. Remembered I had a folder called 'GPU Stuff' buried in my mods archive with every driver I've ever downloaded since 2010. Popped in that 2014 version and it worked perfect first try. Anyone else got a random file sitting around that actually saved you from a headache?

Man, I hear you on that one! It's funny how the stuff we hold onto for no reason can suddenly become the most useful thing in the room. I’ve got a folder full of old how-to guides and product specs I swore I’d never need, and then last week I pulled one out to fix a weird plumbing issue for a customer. Kinda makes you feel like a genius for being a packrat, right?
