Bought a cheap drawing tablet off Facebook Marketplace and the driver was totally corrupted
I found a used XP-Pen Artist 12 for $60 on Marketplace, seemed like a steal. Got it home and spent 3 hours trying to get the drivers to install, kept giving me some error about missing files. Messaged the seller and they ghosted me, so now I'm stuck with a brick. Anyone know if there's a way to force install those old drivers, or did I just flush $60 down the drain?

I mean, calling it a "brick" is a bit dramatic. You got a tablet that usually goes for like $250 for $60. Sometimes these things have driver issues, it happens. Have you tried plugging it into a different computer or running the driver installer as administrator? I've fixed a lot of weird errors just by right-clicking and running as admin. Might take another hour but it's not dead yet.

$60 for an XP-Pen Artist 12? That's not a steal, that's practically theft. I mean, even broken ones with scratched screens still sell for over $100 on eBay. Seller knew exactly what they were doing when they ghosted you. Honestly I'd be checking if the tablet's been reported stolen or something, because that price is just too good to be true. I'd be shocked if that driver issue isn't just the tip of the iceberg with that thing.
