Core exercises are changing how I handle heavy diesel parts
I started doing planks and sit-ups every other day. My lower back used to kill me after lifting pumps and turbos. Now, I feel more stable and have less pain. It's a small win that makes long shifts much better.

Totally, bracing your core properly makes a huge difference for keeping air during heavy squats or deadlifts.

Hey good point, but it's really about building that inner pressure, not just holding air. The tightness is what keeps your spine safe.
