Shoutout to the IT guy at my dentist's office

I was at my dentist's office last week and noticed the receptionist's monitor had a sticky note with the WiFi password taped right to the bezel. The network was named 'DentalSecure' and I watched three patients sit in that exact chair scrolling their phones. Does your office actually follow basic security stuff like separate guest networks or is it just sticker city?

A friend of mine went to a physical therapist where the network name was literally 'PhysicalTherapyWiFi' with no password at all. He watched the front desk lady print a patient's intake form and it had their full SSN on it because they used some ancient software. He's still trying to cancel a credit card from that place but says he won't be surprised if some random person buys a boat with his info. Does your dentist at least lock down the patient files or is it all just a free for all?
