Rant: My screen press alignment went totally off today
Had a rush order for 48 hoodies and the registration drifted halfway through. Wasted 12 shirts before I caught it. Anyone else deal with misalignment mid-run?

12 shirts down the drain is rough. I've had registration drift on a 36 shirt order once and it's a nightmare to catch mid run. Tape down your screens better next time and it should hold.

Damn man, that stings. I had a 24 shirt run of a two color design last month where the second screen drifted about an eighth of an inch after the first 8 shirts. I didn't notice until I checked the stack and saw the outlines poking out all over the place. Had to scrap 6 of them and reprint the whole batch because the customer wanted them perfect. I felt like throwing the whole press out the window when I realized. Nothing worse than wasted blanks and losing time on a rush order.
