Just realized my old method of using a 150 DPI image for a banner was a huge mistake after seeing the crisp results from a 300 DPI file on my latest print.

The client's logo looked so much sharper and the colors were more vibrant, which finally convinced me the extra file prep time is always worth it, so what's the lowest DPI you all will accept for a large format print before it starts to look bad?

Oh man, I've been that guy with the blurry banner before.

It's wild how many little things we just accept as broken. My TV remote has a dead battery for weeks, my phone case is cracked, but fixing it feels like a whole project. We're surrounded by tiny glitches we learn to ignore.

So what's the actual viewing distance on that banner?
