Watched a guy at the Port of Tacoma leave his outriggers on the mats for 40 minutes before lifting
He said he was "letting the truck settle" but the pads were already sunk in and the bubble was dead level. I know because I set up on those same mats an hour earlier and it took me 4 minutes. What's the longest you've seen someone stall before a pick?
