That supervisor's offhand comment about brake checks keeps replaying in my head
Had a loader guy in Fort Worth tell me he saw a 50 ton crane roll 20 feet because the operator skipped the final brake check after a lunch break, and now I can't stop thinking about how one quiet habit might be all that's standing between a short day and a long report, has anyone else ever caught themselves cutting that corner when you're running behind?

Honestly, how often do you actually walk that full circle when you're already late, or is it just a glance at the mirrors?
