Lattice boom setup order I always did it wrong until last week

I used to pin the jib on first and then tension the pendants, but this old guy on a job in Gary had me switch it around. Took almost an hour off the setup time and the load chart numbers made way more sense after. Anyone else been doing the pendants first their whole career?
