One awkward lunch at Luigi's made me swear off buffets for good

Went to Luigi's on Route 9 Saturday with my cousin and noticed the mac and cheese tray had been sitting out since we ordered at 12:30. By 1:45 the cheese was crusted over like a fossil. Then a kid sneezed directly into the salad bar and no one said a thing. For $18.95 a head I expect at least a sneeze guard that works. Has anyone else noped out of a buffet after watching something gross happen, or am I just unlucky?
