The 6 week fight with a busted level sensor on a 12 story tower in Charlotte

Got stuck on a poured concrete floor pour last spring where the sonicator kept giving false readings, and we re-calibrated it like 4 times before someone finally spotted the cable shield had corroded from rain exposure. Took three electricians and a manufacturer rep call to track it down, all because nobody wanted to blame the brand new sensor. Has anyone else burned a week on something that shouldve been a 20 minute swap?
