PSA: check your submittals in Bluebeam before you email them, the markup layer got flattened and we ate a $6,400 redo in Bend
Sent an RFI package to the GC last Tuesday and every cloud and callout came through as dead flat lines because I had merged layers instead of keeping the markup separate. The super opened it on his iPad, couldn't tap any of my comments, and just told the architect the wrong wall type. If you use the Flatten Markups button, go back and confirm the comments are still selectable after you save. Anybody got a checklist they run before hitting send on a big submittal?
