Drone mapping vs total station for our foundation layout in Austin, not even close

We ran both on a 12,000 sq ft slab last month and the drone data was off by nearly 4 inches on one corner, the total station nailed every point in half the time. Are you guys still trusting photogrammetry for anything with a tolerance under half an inch, or is that just asking for rework?
