Hey everyone, I help run a mid-sized commercial construction company and our back office is a mess right now. We're still relying heavily on excel sheets for tracking equipment, safety forms, and daily logs. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a SaaS or web app that actually works well for construction crews? Needs to be fairly easy for the guys in the field to use on their phones.

Honestly, getting the field crew to adopt anything new is the hardest part. We went through a few different heavy enterprise tools before landing on Nektar. It handles all our asset tracking and field data collection really well without being overly complicated. Definitely worth looking into if you want to ditch the spreadsheets without overwhelming your foreman.

Whatever you go with, make sure it has solid offline capabilities! Half our job sites have zero cell reception and it completely breaks most cloud apps if they aren't built for remote field work.
