Six months after adding fiber mesh to my driveway mix, I can barely see a single hairline crack compared to the neighbor's plain pour.

I went back and looked at photos from the job and the difference is night and day, anyone else start using fibers on residential flatwork?

Nah, I'm still not sold on fiber mesh for residential stuff. I've seen plenty of jobs with it that still crack up, just depends on the ground prep and water more than anything else.

Blame the ground and water all day but my last DIY slab cracked so bad it looked like a map of the London Underground and I'd like to think it wasn't my prep work.
