My wife insisted I try a lighter roast from Guatemala and I was wrong
I always bought dark roast, but she got me a bag from a local roaster in Phoenix. Now I actually taste the fruit notes she talked about. Anyone else have a roast type they avoided but ended up loving?

Funny how that works, right? Stubbornly stuck to dark roast for years myself. Grabbed a light roast by mistake once and it was a total game changer.
