Got into pour over coffee six months ago and just now figured out why everyone raves about it

I was using a cheap blade grinder and pre-ground beans for the longest time. Thought it was all hype. Then I picked up a used Baratza Encore for $40 on Craigslist and started grinding fresh. The difference in flavor was night and day. Still not sure if I'm doing the pour technique right though. Anyone have a video they swear by?
