Was at a zero waste workshop in Portland last weekend and saw someone make dish soap out of just orange peels and vinegar
They had a whole table set up with the fermentation jars and a handout explaining how it breaks down grease without any plastic packaging, has anyone else tried making their own cleaning stuff and found it actually works as well as the store bought?

Good for them for trying something like that. I've made all-purpose cleaner with vinegar and citrus peels too, and it does a decent job on counters and glass. It's nice to know you're not adding more plastic bottles to the landfill.
