That 6-digit number surprised me more than any breakdown ever has, because it means every bushing, hose, and seal I've swapped since 2016 has actually been worth it, but now I'm wondering if I should start over on the engine rebuild checklist or just enjoy the damn thing, anyone else hit a milestone that made them rethink their whole maintenance schedule?

Gonna disagree a little here, and not just because I'm jealous of that mileage. Hitting 100k on a 68 is a badge, sure, but it doesn't mean the work was worth it just because the odometer rolled over. I've seen guys chase perfection on a rebuild checklist for years and never drive the car. You swapped all that stuff since 2016 because it needed it, not because you were planning for some magic number. That's just called owning an old Mustang. If you start over now because you're scared of the next 100k, you'll never enjoy the one you're in. Keep the checklist for when something actually breaks, and go burn some gas on a back road this weekend. That odometer is the only proof you need that driving it beats fixing it.
