Spent $120 on a proper bench scraper and it actually changed my prep game

My buddy runs a catering kitchen and he bought one of those expensive bench scrapers last year. He was always complaining about his old plastic one bending and cracking during prep. He said the first time he used the new metal one he just stood there scraping his counter for like five minutes laughing. Now he won't let anyone else touch it because he's scared they'll lose it.

@jones.grace I hid mine in the back of a drawer just like that. Worth every penny.
