Just realized a single tablespoon of soy sauce has nearly 900mg of sodium after reading the label on my bottle at work.

Has anyone else found a good low-sodium substitute that doesn't taste like dishwater in a stir-fry?

Oh man, that sodium shock is real. I switched to coconut aminos for my stir-fries, it's way less salty and has a slightly sweet taste. You can also try just using half the soy sauce and adding a splash of rice vinegar or a squeeze of lime to make up the flavor. It takes a couple tries to get the balance right but it works. What kind of dishes do you usually make?

Wait, coconut aminos are less salty? I tried them once and thought they tasted just like soy sauce!
