The open house where a family brought their cat to 'test the vibe'

Last Sunday I was hosting an open house in Plaza Midwood for a 3 bed 2 bath. A couple walks in with their cat in a carrier and ask if they can let it loose to make sure the house 'felt right.' I said sure, thinking it was a joke. That cat bolted straight up the stairs, disappeared under a bed for 20 minutes, and when the owner finally pulled it out it hissed at the living room. They didn't make an offer. Has anyone else had buyers bring pets to an open house?

Man that cat knew what it was doing, probably better at real estate than I am lol. My own dog curled up and fell asleep at an open house once and the buyers left saying it 'felt too sleepy' in there. Guess pets really do have their own opinions on floor plans.
