The listing photos on a Plaza Midwood bungalow came back with the wrong house in half of them
I shot a little 2 bed on Commonwealth Ave and when the gallery uploaded, six of the 22 pics were straight up the house next door. The agent called me in a panic an hour before the open house. I drove back out, reshot the whole set in under 40 minutes, and had the corrected gallery live by 5pm. Open house pulled 14 groups that weekend and they went under contract in 4 days. Any of you ever had a file mix-up get that close to a showing?
