I finally had a showing that went perfectly from start to finish

Last Thursday I had a 10am showing on a house in the Dilworth area that had been sitting for 45 days. The seller had already dropped the price by $18k and I was getting nervous. But this couple walked in and after 15 minutes they said they loved the layout and the updated kitchen. By 2pm they had an offer in at $5k under asking. Something about that day just clicked and it reminded me why I love this job. Has anyone else had a listing suddenly turn around like that?

Did your agent friend almost give up on it too? My buddy had a condo sit for two months then sold it in one weekend to the first people who walked in.

The two months sit just means the right buyer hadn't walked in yet. That's all it is.
