Update: I just hit 50 cold emails sent this month and got 3 interviews
I started tracking my outreach in a simple Google Sheet after a mentor in Austin told me to aim for volume. The 50th email went to a fintech startup, and they replied within 2 hours. Has anyone else seen a big jump in replies after hitting a certain number of tries?

That "aim for volume" advice is so true. I see it with my own side projects, where the first few tries never work but around attempt 20 something just clicks. It's like you have to burn through the obvious mistakes before you find what actually works.
