Hiring manager at a Denver job fair said they toss resumes with more than 2 jobs in 5 years
I was standing behind a guy at the booth when I heard her say it, and I have had 3 jobs since 2021. Now I am sitting here wondering if half my resume gets trashed before a human even reads it. Anyone been told this directly and changed how they list short stints?
