Spent $150 on a set of JIS screwdrivers after stripping a tiny screw on a Fuji lens mount, and they've saved my bacon on at least a dozen repairs since.

What other niche tools have you guys bought that ended up being way more useful than you expected?

Stare at that price tag for a second. I can't imagine dropping that much on screwdrivers, even for a camera. Guess it makes sense if you're fixing stuff all the time, though.

What's the most expensive repair you avoided with those drivers? I've got a set of security bit drivers that have paid for themselves ten times over.
