Found a wasp nest in a pedestal box last Tuesday, that was a fun one
Was doing a reconnect over on Maple Street and opened the pedestal to find a nest the size of a softball right on the ground block, had to spray it twice and wait 20 minutes before I could even touch anything, anyone else run into critters taking over their boxes this time of year?

Oh man, wasps are the worst for that. Just so you know though, it's not really the time of year that brings them in, it's the heat. The queens look for cool shady spots once it gets hot out, so pedestals are like a magnet for them all summer long.
