My recent health scare made me rethink shop safety

After years of ignoring it, I finally saw a doctor about my cough. Turns out, all that sawdust without a proper mask did some damage. Please, folks, wear a respirator, not just a bandana.

Honestly went through the exact same wake-up call last year. Switched from those useless bandanas to a proper 3m respirator from the hardware store. Made a huge difference, no more coughing fits after working in the garage. Tbh it feels a bit stuffy at first but you get used to it real quick. Totally worth it to just breathe easy afterward.
