Update: lost a whole lamb shoulder to my old band saw last Tuesday, so do I fix the blade guide or just buy new?
My 30 year old Hobart band saw started drifting mid cut on a lamb shoulder at the shop last Tuesday and I lost about $40 of meat before I caught it, so now I'm stuck between spending $120 to rebuild the blade guide or putting that money toward a new saw, and I want to hear what you all would do.
