Got a new Victorinox boning knife for $80 and it's a game changer

My old one was getting dull and I was wasting time on every carcass. This thing holds an edge way better and the grip is perfect for my hand, even when it's slick. Anyone have a good sharpening schedule for these to keep them in top shape?

Nice! I just give mine a quick hone before each use and a full sharpening every couple months.
