Youtube kept recommending me those 'clean with me' videos for 3 days straight

I never watched one before but after the 5th recommendation I finally clicked. Turns out the trick is watching one full video at 2x speed to reset the algorithm, it worked for me yesterday after I did that on a 20 minute declutter vid.

Try ignoring the algorithm for a change and see what happens naturally. Those "clean with me" videos are actually useful for some people who need motivation to get their own space organized. The algorithm is just trying to show you content similar people watch, so if you're watching productivity stuff or home improvement videos, this is just part of that category. Watching something deliberately to trick the system seems like a lot of extra work when you could just click "not interested" or scroll past it. Besides, maybe there's a reason the algorithm kept pushing it (maybe you paused on a similar video once), and fighting it just gives it more data to work with.
