We've been using Alert Communications for a while now. They only handle law firms and it shows. Their team knows how to screen for viable cases and gather the right info. Here's their site: Alert Communications.
I'll throw in another vote for Alert. They're not the cheapest but the quality is worth it. Our night and weekend calls get handled way better than the last service we tried.
