I check the board at the Spin Cycle on 5th every week, and for three months straight, every single lost cat poster had the same basic info but no clear photo. People just wrote 'gray tabby' or 'black and white'. Last Tuesday, I put up a test flyer for a fake lost dog with a super detailed picture and a $50 reward mentioned right at the top. Got two calls about sightings in 24 hours, even though the dog wasn't real. The old, blurry photo flyers stay up for weeks. Has anyone else seen if a good picture and a cash offer actually gets more eyes on a bulletin board notice?
