My habit tracker became a lie detector

I kept seeing these perfect bullet journal spreads online. Neat lines. Color coded. Every single habit checked off for weeks straight. I tried that for maybe 3 days before I gave up. The problem is people treat their tracker like a resume instead of a log. Last month I had a week where I marked "exercise" every day even though I just walked to the fridge. Now I use a single black pen and I write the real time I did something. 6:47pm not "morning" like some fake schedule. My journal looks like a crime scene but at least it's honest. Anyone else catch themselves fudging the numbers?

Ha, at least your tracker is honest about being a mess.

@the_jesse my tracker lies to me too. Says I walked 12 miles yesterday. I was on the couch eating chips. At least yours has some dignity left.
