That time I realized hostels in Tokyo are CHEAPER than capsule hotels
I was planning a trip to Tokyo for next month and assumed capsule hotels would be the budget king. Checked Booking.com and found out a dorm bed in a decent hostel near Shinjuku was actually Ā„3,000 a night cheaper than the cheapest capsule pod. Anyone else find this kind of pricing twist in other cities?
