PSA: My bus to Prague left without me at 4 AM
Had to book a last minute BlaBlaCar ride for 15 euros, got there faster anyway. Anyone know other cheap last minute options in Europe?

Oh man, that's a brutal way to start a trip! Noah's right about checking the FlixBus app, they sometimes have seats that pop up right before departure when other people cancel. I've also just gone straight to the bus station and asked at the ticket counter, they can see everything that's leaving soon. For real emergencies, the train station info desk has saved me before, they know all the options even the weird local buses.

Ugh that's the worst! How early did you get to the station? For super last minute, I've had decent luck with FlixBus's app.
