Changed my mind about hostel dorms after spending $47 in Medellin
I always booked private rooms because I figured dorms would be loud and gross. Last month I paid $47 for a 3-night stay in a 6-bed dorm at a place in Medellin and met three people who shared tips that saved me about $80 total on tours. Has anyone else had a cheap dorm stay change their whole approach to accommodation?
