Found a blog about a guy who just reviews different city water fountains
He's been posting weekly for 8 years, and I only found it because he left a comment on my local park's website in Boise saying the pressure was 'perfectly adequate'.

Yeah, dedication is right. I saw a documentary about people with jobs like that once. They get really into the weird details.
