Last Saturday I cooked 15 racks of ribs and every single one came out perfect

I have no idea what I did differently that day, but the bark was spot on and the bones twisted out clean. Usually I mess up at least 3 or 4 racks from rushing the wrap. Has anyone else had a random day where everything just clicked?

Had one of those days last summer with pork shoulder, every single one pulled apart like butter and I still don't know what I did. It's like the barbecue gods just decided to smile on me for once.
