TIL my $7 alarm clock from a garage sale in Dayton keeps better time than my phone after a power outage
Power went out for about 6 hours last month and my phone clock drifted almost 4 minutes while that old Sanyo plug-in never moved a second. Everyone laughs at the wind-up backup in my nightstand, but it has never once needed a reset or a charge. Does anyone else still trust a dumb gadget over their phone for the basics?

Man, even my cheap Casio watch from Walmart holds time better than a phone that syncs off wifi!
