Showerthought: my $12 thrift store boombox outlasted 3 new bluetooth speakers last week
The CD player on mine still spins fine after 2 years while the $40 shelf unit I bought in June died on day 9. Anyone else keep a drawer of AA batteries just for old gear like this?
