I used to think walk-ins were a hassle until last Tuesday
It was a slow morning in the shop, maybe one appointment booked. Then this guy named Marco came in needing a full shape-up before a job interview at 2 PM. We got talking, did a solid cut, and he left a 50% tip. That one chat turned the whole day around. What's the best walk-in story you've had lately?

Nah, I get it. But man, sometimes they're the best part. Had a guy come in last week just needing a quick fix before a date. Ended up telling me the whole story. Made the afternoon fly by. Those little surprises break up the routine.

Yeah, I see both sides... the good ones are a nice break but the bad ones really do throw everything off. It's all about finding that balance, I guess.
